The Roberts Project

By far one of the grandest home projects we’ve undertaken yet!
We’re so thrilled when we have the opportunity to realize the full potential of such lovely buildings as this one. Just look at the before and after! What an enhancement!

The Roberts love their new home, but weren’t too keen on the neighbours watching them all day long. With such a modern display of glass in architecture, why give up your privacy to enjoy that privilege? With us, you don’t have to!
Furthermore, the clients needed to stop the suns heat from excessively warming up their home, especially in the summer months.

Dual Reflective 15 was our film of choice here! With excellent solar heat rejection, glare reduction, complete UV block and the best one-way privacy on the market; this film was a perfect fit!
On the front, we installed the film on every pane you can see, including the apex windows. Whereases on the back of the house, we skipped the apex windows as the sun never directly shines through those panes, and it’s too tall to concern privacy.
